Warranty & Support
Is There a Product Warranty on your Kits?
Yes, 3Dtek will warrant any part of a kit with a fault provided that it did not occur due to misuse. As you are building the kit yourself, the level of care and ability you bring to the build determine its ultimate success.
If it's inside 12 months, and it does not show signs of neglect or misuse - 3Dtek will fix or replace it.
What if I need help building a kit?
Anyone can do it at any age - we will work with your until you get your machines running and are happy.
Our telephone, email, and remote access support is not limited during the setup and tuning - With our extended hour's phone, email and remote access support, you will get your CNC or 3D Printer up and making.
Shipping / Carriers
3Dtek use a shipping aggregator to quote your delivery with multiple couriers in order to provide you with the best shipping price and or timeline.
Generally, you will be offered several shipping options with prices reflecting real quotes and timelines from our workshop to yours. Some items have free shipping and all items can be picked up from our workshop in Canberra (extended hours) after organising a pickup time.
All items are sent with tracking information which is emailed to you and updated on your order as soon as it's booked so you can keep an eye on the delivery.
Further, some products such as CNC machine kits can take a further day or two to configure and pack.
You will be quoted an estimated shipping time during checkout and this should be valid including processing time @ 3DTek's shop.

Change of mind returns
3DTek will accept 'change of mind' returns provided:
- the product is returned within 14 days of delivery receipt,
- in its original packaging and new condition.
- is not a customised product - ie cut extrusion or belts etc, custom sized or configured CNC machine etc
Used, assembled, or marked products cannot be accepted for return in other than specific cases.
3DTek warrant our products, faulty items can be returned to the 3Dtek location from which they were shipped.
Please contact 3Dtek before returning any items, items returned without a return authorisation will not be processed.
Items with manufacturing faults only will be accepted for returns, any sign or concern for misuse will render items unreturnable.
