An update from 3DTEK
The impact of COVID-19 continues to be felt across the world.
At present, there are no disruptions to 3DTEK employees working conditions or hours. We are uniquely positioned to operate from our own isolated premises in the UK and Australia. You can expect support as normal.
We cannot guarantee next day services with selected couriers. All orders will be packed and booked to ship using the most reliable services. Our experience at this moment in time, is up to a 2 day delay on services. To minimise external contact time, we will be group shipping items for delivery on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. This means that any orders until Monday evening will be shipped on Tuesday and any orders placed before Wednesday evening will be shipped Thursday morning for next day delivery (where possible). Collection can still take place on the same day, stock levels permitting.
When accepting packages and parcels, we recommend taking extra care on receipt. Some couriers will not ask for a signature. If you have any concerns before placing an order, please contact us.
Any updates will be published where necessary. For now, its business as usual.
